​How Do I Place An Order?​.



Payment & Shipping

As all personalised items are custom made we have a working time frame of 48 hours from payment to dispatch orders. However, if you are in a rush, we do offer Next Day Deliveries for orders made before 11am. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Deliveries are Mon - Sat excluding public holidays. Deliveries are estimated between 2-4 working days. A signature may be required upon receipt. 

We offer worldwide deliveries via Royal Mail International Air Mail. International deliveries can take up to 10 working days. Please contact us for further details. 

If your order is a gift for someone else residing at a different address we will not disclose the buyers details unless specified.

 



Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We like to offer our clients peace of mind so all payments are completed using PayPal Services. If you do not have a PayPal Account, do not worry, you can still complete payment using the Guest account at checkout. 



Returns & Refunds

Please double check spellings of names, phrases and dates to be personalised as we do not take responsibility for mistakes on the order form. 

All items from the manufacturer are carefully checked when we receive them so we do not take responsibility for any manufacturing fault. If you find a fault with the personalisation please email us a clear picture and describe of the fault within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate and will respond to you within 24 hours. If there is a personalisation fault we will replace the item like for like.
